Shipping and payment terms

Special information for shipping abroad:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties and fees may apply which are not included in the total price displayed.

Sale % items are shipped free of charge

Please note that your goods will only be manufactured after we have received your payment.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and their collection.

When picking up the item, we require a valid identity card/ID or passport for identification purposes.

If you would like to authorize someone to collect your order for you, please bring a power of attorney with copies of ID cards from the buyer and the authorized person. This power of attorney must be signed by the buyer and the authorized person and presented in the original upon collection.

The authorized representative must also identify himself on site by presenting a valid identity card, passport or original ID. This is the only way the goods can and may be handed over to the authorized representative.

Once the goods have been made available, your order will be stored free of charge for 14 days.

We then reserve the right to charge a storage fee of EUR 30.00 per day.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
