Description
The Turkish Resat Gold Coin is an official gold coin issued by Turkey. It has a face value of 100 Turkish Lira and a fineness of 22 karat (91.67% gold). The coin has a diameter of approximately 37 mm and a thickness of approximately 2.5 mm. The obverse of the coin features the Turkish national coat of arms, surrounded by the inscription "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti" (Turkish Republic) and the year of issue. The reverse features a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first president of Turkey, along with the inscription "Resat" (civilization) and the face value indication "100 Lira". It is a collector's coin and an investment opportunity in precious metals.
